학술 및 정기행사 Activities

• 학술발표대회 The Annual Conferences 학술논문발표, 국내외 유명 건축인사의 특별강연, 학회 산하 위원회와 외부 단체가 함께하는 참여형 대회로 매년 4월, 10월 개최 The AIK annually holds regular academic conferences. Hundreds of research papers are presented at each conference, in which the members in both academic and industrial fields participate and exchange their research results, current research trends, and other related informations.
• 아시아건축교류국제심포지엄 International Symposium on Architectural Interchanges in Asia, ISAIA 대한건축학회·중국건축학회·일본건축학회가 공동으로 2년마다 개최하는 국제심포지엄 The ISAIA is a biennial international symposium co-sponsored by the Architectural Society of China (ASC) together with the Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ) and the Architectural Institute of Korea (AIK).
• 건축의날 The Architecture Day 건축인의 단결을 도모하고 미래건축에 대한 새로운 비전을 제시하기 위해 한국건축단체연합(FIKA, 대한건축학회·대한건축사협회·한국건축가협회 공동)이 매년 9월 개최 The AIK has first established the “The Architecture Day” in 2005, commemorating of completion of the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the AIK together with the Korean Institute of architects (KIA) and the Korea Institute of Registered architects (KIRA) has been holding the event annually. The FIKA encourages architect through the event to take pride in their work, and provides motivation for the continuous advancement of technology and national development by acknowledging and rewarding architect for their contribution to the economic development and national prestige.
• 디지털건축대전 The Digital Architecture Exhibition(DA) 새로운 건축정보화 분야의 개척, 건축 정보인프라 구축의 촉진 및 건축정보화 마인드 확산을 위해 격년 개최 Since 2000, the AIK hosts a digital content competition in order to explore new areas of architectural information, promote the establishment of it and popularize the mind of it.
• 학생작품전 The AIK Student Architectural Exhibition 국내 대학 건축설계 교육성과에 대한 정보와 자료를 상호 교환하여 대학설계 교육의 발전에 기여하고 있으며, 매년 추계학술발표대회시 전시 The AIK hosts The AIK Student Architectural Exhibition in accordance with the autumn academic conference. First launched in 1997, it exhibits excellent student design work recommended by each university or graduate school nationwide.
• 우수졸업논문전 The Student Thesis Exhibition 국내 대학 학부 및 석사과정 학생들의 참신하고 진취적인 연구성과를 대외적으로 알리고 공유하는 장으로 매년 춘계학술발표대회시 전시 The AIK hosts the Student graduation Thesis Exhibition in accordance with the spring academic conference. First launched in 2000, it exhibits excellent student graduation thesis recommended by each university or graduate school nationwide.
